Performagic.ai is a digital marketing audit tool that connects to your Meta and Google accounts via their official APIs to generate aggregated performance insights across your digital channels. This policy explains what data is accessed, why, and how it is handled.
When you authenticate via Meta Login or Google Sign-In, we receive OAuth access tokens and basic profile information (name, email address) required to establish your session and access your linked accounts.

We collect standard session and usage logs (feature interactions, security events, error logs) solely to operate and maintain the service. Security logs include user ID, email, IP address, and action type (e.g. login, logout) and are retained for up to 90 days.
Your data is used exclusively to manage your account, deliver your marketing audit reports, and communicate with you in connection with the service. We do not use your data for advertising, third-party profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the audit results you requested. The analytical methods used to produce insights are proprietary to Marketing Angels.
We do not use data obtained through Google or Meta APIs to develop, improve, or train generalised AI or ML models.

Audit report data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of generation, after which it is securely deleted. Account registration data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted upon account closure. Authentication tokens are invalidated and deleted immediately upon revocation or account deletion. Usage and security logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at welcome@marketingangels.lv.
